Nairobi Milimani court Chief Magistrate has given Kenya’s “spy queen” Jane Mugo the last warning for failing to appear for trial a criminal case in which she is charged with threatening to kill a man
The court was told that the accused was unwell,she could not appear for the hearing of her case.
Her lawyer Danstan Omari requested the magistrate to adjourn the matter to and that the accused will present medical documents when she appears in court..
Nairobi chief magistrate Martha gave the suspect the last warning,saying she finds it difficult to allow an application of adjournment without documentation.
Mugo is accused for allegedly threatening to kill Depa Shah,an offense she suspected to have committed at Kyuna Close in Spring Valley,Nairobi on February 4 th ,2019
