MAN CHARGED FOR CONNING A JOB SEEKER KSHS 89, 550 PRETENDING HE WAS IN A POSITIONBTO RECRUIT AS KWS WARDEN
A man who conned a job seeker kshs 89,550 by falsely pretending that he was in a position to recruit him as a Kenya wildlife service warden has today been arraigned before. Makadara court.
Dennis Murunga Luchivia Allias Denis Otieno Omondi denied that between 24th Dece2020 and 31st Dec 2020 at Zimmerman area of Nairobi county with intent to defraud he obtained 89550 from daniel mambo by falsely pretending that he was in a position to recruit him as a KWS warden
The court was however told that the accused had been charged before the Milimani court last year November with related offenses where he pleaded guilty was released by the court and warned not to repeat the offenses in a period of 6months
He was subsequently rearrested to be arraigned before Milimani court again
