witness tell court the man accused of obtaining kenya id by false pretence is somali who grew up in mogadishu

pretence  contrary to section 320 of the penal code

 the witness Ayin Hussein  mohammud told the court that the accuse Abdihakim saidi jama is a somali national who was born in mogadishu.
she further told the court and showed the posters of the accused  contesting  for local elections in Somali last year for the position of a mayor. She said the position odf a mayor is for locals.
   Ayin, a dual citizen of Norway and Britain, told the court  she grew up with the accused in Mogadishu in early childhood days.
has a business in Eastleigh where she employed the accused as manager. 

Abdihakim is  accused of giving false information to a person employed in public service contrary to section 129(a) of the penal code.
  jama is  further accused of being unlawfully present in kenya contrary to 4(1) (@)  as read with section 13 of the immigration Act  CAP 172 laws of kenya
