A trial magistrate in trials has reprimanded the prosecution for failing to attend a trial twice.
Senior Principal Magistrate Eunice Nyutu, in her ruling, was delivered today and said that the conduct of the prosecution counsel Annete Wandia is wanting since it can not direct the court on how to handle proceedings.
She said that the absence of the prosecutor during hearing was not in good faith.
She said ever since the court has always declined the application by the prosecution to withdraw from the case.
She directed that the ruling be placed before the DPP and Centre for Administration of Justice.
