The prime suspect in the murder of Nairobi Hospital Acting Finance Director Eric Maigo will be charged with murder.
This is after prosecution told the court that investigations against the suspect are complete.
Prosecution further asked the court to close the miscellaneous file so as to proceed with charging suspect, one Anne Adhiambo.
Adhiambo was captured on CCTV escaping from the scene of Maigo’s murder on the morning of 15th of October at Jamhuri area of Nairobi.
She was arrested at Olympic in Kibra after efforts by detectives were backed by members of the public who provided intelligence on her whereabouts.
