A middle aged woman has denied assaulting another lady at ke yatta international conference centre
Ruth stacy omondi was acharged before nairobi milimani senior principal magistrate Bernard Ochoi that on the 10th March this year at KICC nairobi within nairobi county she assaulted Quinter Adhiambo Modi occasioning her bodily .
Her lawyer pleaded for leniency from the court . He told the court that the accused a housed wife found the compalinant ina comprisong situation which prompted her to confront her.
He pleaded that the court allows the parties to settle the matter out of court as they all are from the same village .
The court ordered the accused to be released on a cash bail of hsh10.000 or an alternative surety of shs 50k.
