Three men have. Been charged for scamming a businessman shs 2.5m for fake Gold.
The three allegedl wraped a wooden material in a back envelope and handing over to a trader as genuine gold.
The trio,Kelvin Mwachi Mahila,Morgan Asengi Mahila and Mohamed Hassan Mohamed are said to have committed the alleged offence in Nairobi County between 29th April and 5th May 2023.
According to the victim’s lawyer Samson Nyaberi, the second and third accused person was arrested in Busia border therefore are at flight risk.
The court directed the accused be detain at Mathaiga police station pending ruling on their bail application by the duty court
