An application has been filed seeking to stop Adan Airport Holdings Limited stopped from expanding JKIA.
The petition filed by Isack Lango Guyo has sought the court to nullify all proceedings and agreements related to the project by Adani Project Holdings.
The petitioner says that there was no public participation in the project and transparency thereby infringing the constitution.

In a petition filed at the Milimani law court Isack Lango Guyo wants the court to nullify all proceedings and agreement related to the project by Adani Project Holdings.
He says that there was no public participation inthe project and transparency thereby infringing the constitution.
“This court declares the entire transaction including the privately initiated proposed by Adani Project Holdings and all the attendant processes related thereto as unconstitutional ,null and void ….,” reads court papers
It is his arguement that the project at JKIA is marked by severe breaches of the constitution adding that the exclusion of the public from the transaction and the lack of transparency and accountability is a serious violation of the constitution.
