Blow to over 300 residents of the disputed Njiiru land as court rules that the land belongs to the Kirima family.
However the court has saved them from forceful eviction and given them untill December 31 this year to vacate.
If they don’t the court shall be at liberty to evict them from the property.
The court in its decision ruled that the settlers were trespassers adding that they failed to demonstrate that they settled on the said parcels after securing a consent.
