The court of Appeal has declined an appeal by embattled Meru governor Kawira Mwangaza to stop her impeachment
The Nyeri court of Appeal which was seating in meru today noted that it lacked jurisdiction to hear and determine an appeal filed Mwangaza
The judges noted that since there is pending matter in the high court pending they will only assume jurisdiction when the matter has been made appealable
