He had been brought to milimqni court but the DPP declined to approve the charges saying the there was no evidence to charge..
Bonface was released from the police car at at around 4 pm to the chanting GenZ and other activists at the milimani court
He promise to stay another protest tomorrow . He said tomorrow demos will be cointrywide.

Boniface Mwangi’s lawyer Hosea Manwa speaking at the Mîlîmanî law courts. They were demanding for release of activists Boniface Mwangi, Ngatia Kîmani and Mathias Shipeta. Mwanwa who appeared together with several other lawyers said as a Kenyan Bonface mwangi and others were illegally arrested and their right to assembly and express themselves had been violated
The three activists were held police car within the court precincts all morning and most of the afternoon.
